Amazing for low back pain

Even though this thing isn’t the biggest of massagers, its very effective in getting rid of lower back pain and even upper back pain. It’s good enough to fit in the small of the back and fit well. It has to be plugged in but that’s not a problem because the plug is long enough. I like the intensity of the massage and i havne’t had any pain with usage. I would highly recommend this for those with back pain for sure.

Rechargeable, small and portable shiatsu massage pillow

This Miko Wireless Shiatsu Massager is the first rechargeable pillow massager that I ordered. It is small and portable, and the blue gray color is very pretty. However, it only has two buttons, one long press to turn on and off, and alternate a few she has two patterns, and the other for heat. The strength of the massage and heat is decent but its max is still not hard enough and not quite meeting my pain tolerance and preference. Nevertheless, being rechargeable and portable is a plus, since I can pretty much use it anywhere including at the park or the beach.

Good pain and tension relief

The package that I have received:1PC Massage Pillow1PC Charger1PC Car Charger1PC Carrying tote bag1PC Manual & InstructionsI choose this model because it is cordless in use and rechargeable, making it much easier to use wherever I want as there's no trailing lead attached to a socket, as well as for its capacity as a massager. It replaced an old, less sophisticated, but good quality shiatsu massager. The massager comes in a strong cardboard carry case with a handle which I'll keep and use when I travel. The massage modes can't be altered, except to reverse them, which also happens automatically. The controls are easy to reach during use. That there is no trailing lead makes it much easier to reposition. After two days of use, I woke up today with little pain in my back and shoulders, for the first time in months, so it seems effective. The massage can be a bit strong on painful areas but that is easy to alleviate by sitting forward slightly or wearing a thicker top, though perhaps the cover could be made thicker. It is fine on the hips, just a little strong on painful tight shoulders at first. It also rolls over the bony areas of the edge of the shoulder blades, which feels a little strange but seems to help with stress reduction. The design is sleek and simple and it looks like a cushion. Best of all the design features, it is rechargeable so I can charge it then leave it ready for use when I need it and it doesn't look like a quasi-medical device in my living room. It's quite deep but small overall. The flap that covers the massage nodes could do with press studs to hold it in place. The cover is zipped and removable for washing. The elastic that holds it in place on a chair is pretty strong, the machine doesn't slip down when attached to the chair. I activated the two-year guarantee and got a reply saying it was active and I could contact customer support direct if I had problems. Overall quite impressed by the attention to detail and design of this device.

I bought it a few weeks ago and have been using it almost daily ever since. The heating function is incredible. I have a tight back, neck, and shoulders, it helps a lot. I didn't think such a device would ease my pain, but it does!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Decent massager, but not what I would consider shiatsu

This massager is good because its is battery operated and it works as designed, it comes with heater to warm the area that is getting massaged. This is able to handle my weight when laying on it, knocked off 1 star because it doesn't really hit the spot, you really need to put your weight on this to feel it, so if you are massaging your thighs, arms, there's really no easy way to set this other than leaning on it. However it works fine with massaging my back when its at the right spot.

Miko's Wireless Massage Pillow is a delight. It's very nicely made from soft and thick fabric with a thick Velcro strap on the back to attach it to a chair.The pillow is very easy use. There is only a power button and a button for the heat. The power button also changes the massage mode by reversing the direction.It's compact and easy to carry and it's so wonderful to have a massage pillow that runs on a rechargeable battery so you aren't tethered to an outlet. I prefer using this pillow on my lower back as it's the perfect side for that space. It's also a nice size for my hamstrings, but a bit too widely spaced for a good foot massage. The massage is effective, but gentle. It doesn't beat you up like similar massagers can sometimes do. The heat is mild, but noticeable.Battery life is okay. It lasts an hour or so before it needs to be recharged. It recharges with a proprietary plug. The charging light can be hard to see since it's embedded in the pillow.All in all... an effective and portable massage pillow.

One speed low heat

This shiatsu massage pillow is really nice and probably a baseline model. It has different massage modes by clicking the power button to change modes. The only other button is heat and it’s extremely low just enough to lightly feel it.To shut off the pillow you just hold the power button and it shuts off. It comes with a charger so you can recharge it and don’t have to worry about batteries.It has a strap on the back so you can put it over a chair without the pillow moving all around when you’re using it. I can put it in our rolling chair or our recliner and just lean back. You can also use it on your stomach, neck, legs, anywhere you want. The easiest place to use it though is your back.Overall this is really nice, my only complaint is there is only one speed per message mode and also only one heat setting. I feel like I’ve owned a lot cheaper massage pillows and covers that had speed settings even.

Comfortable, effective, portable, long run time

This does wonder when my back is sore or tight. I just lean back on it, at work or at home. I tried it briefly in my car, but the seat back already has lumbar support which pushed this too far forward. This is light weight and portable, and runs for hours on a charge. The cover is soft, but not removable, so dont spill anything on it!
