Learning curve but better than expected

First time I ever decided to finally go bluetooth earbuds. Too many over the years was in-ear versions and I just couldnt do it. Open earbuds looked similar to Apple earpods design I had over the years, but I still never bothered until now.
The hook design is a game changer because I tend to be active throughout the day. It's easily adjustible to find the right fit. I couldn't figure out how to change settings because the first setting I didn't like. Turns out, I have to TAP 4 times, not hold for 4 seconds. I like having it in bass setting and it was a game changer. All of the ding sounds when you tap should be in lower note like in bass setting, not in a high note (it's jarring for my ears).
Other than that, I can safely say my earpods are now only for emergency. I use this every day and the battery lasts a long time before charging, which I appreciate.
I would recommend this to a friend!
