Vertical Lines

I bought this monitor about 10-11 months ago and it has been a good product when it works properly. Every day that I have powered on this monitor It shows a kaleidoscope of colorful vertical lines for 5-10 minutes that stay even when I power the monitor on and off. The monitor settings menu doesn't even properly show when this happens. After waiting awhile and powering it on and off a few times it finally shows my screen but uh oh there's grey lines everywhere. That issue only happens sometimes thankfully but when it does happen those persist for up to an hour. Besides these significantly glaring issues the monitor is great!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Horrible monitor

BUYER BEWARE: This monitor functioned flawlessly for several months until it suddenly decided to stop working. Now, every time I turn it on, it displays a rainbow of colors and won't display my desktop unless I repeatedly unplug and plug it back in.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

this monitor was defective. it powered up for about 5 seconds then completely died. we switched back to our other monitor using the same exact connection method and it worked just fine. we tried multiple times but the power light would never activate, just dead. we've read all the other bad reviews across the web afterwards about this monitor. samsung quality has gone down hill lately judging by other reviews.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This would be a great monitor if the screen coating didn't ruin the whole picture.
Terrible matte finish! It feels like the screen is dirty and greasy. Very irritating to the eyes, difficult to focus on the text.

Perfect 1440p gaming monitor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the perfect 1440p gaming monitor. It has a gaming mode with gsync to pervent stutteres and tearing. In the menu you're able to control your input lag modes, your refresh rate you can even add reticle to the middle of your screen. It has a built-in speaker an incredible refresh rate of 165hz but mine specifically is able to be overclocked to 171hz without tearing or stuttering. Just an all around super solid monitor.

A simply good gaming monitor
