BestBuy Fails to Honour Preorder Policy

It's been 5 days since launch/shipping and BestBuy has yet to send me (and many others) the pre-order bonus code for the tombstone pack. This is a very common issue with BestBuy Canada, and is a malpractice that should be investigated. On the product page at the time of pre-order, it says "please allow 48 hours from the product launch date to receive your code", but over 120 hours later it still has not been sent out.
After contacting BestBuy support multiple times, they are uncooperative. Apparently, BestBuy is doing this to prevent people from receiving the pre-order bonus and then returning the product. This is not the fault of the consumer - these pre-order codes are often meant to be used within the first hours of gameplay, and it completely defeats the purpose of using the code if it's sent out a week later.
Do not buy games from BestBuy Canada and do not pre-order games from BestBuy Canada. You have already charged us and taken our money, send us the codes as you're supposed to.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I enjoyed the campaign, although it seemed short. Dynamics of being able to revive teammates sometimes was good and using them for various tasks such as scouting for the enemy.
Online is just as good, being able to squad spawn makes it much better
