Beyond expectations

I had so much fun with my autistic daughter, hatching our first dinosaur egg. It exceeded my expectations in all aspects. It is A very well thought toy.

Please help!

We followed all instructions. Hatch was great, we played correctly but the dinosaur is stuck permanently angry and appears stuck in an animation loop where we cant get it to stop for a moment to respond to the clicker.

What games?

The QR brings me to your home page. There seems to be no explanation of the 100+ sounds or games. Please provide more details on the game mode feature. Other than that, this is a fun experience.

We recommend trying the following tips: Press the clicker to get the Primal Hatch Jurassic World T-Rex's attention and press the clicker again to enter game mode. Swipe the Jurassic World T-Rex's head to scroll through the five different games (Jurassic Dance Party, Protection Mode, Sniff Test, Quick React, Red Light/Green Light). Each game will have different music and eye colors. Note: The Primal Hatch Jurassic World T-Rex can enter game mode once it has evolved into an adult. We hope this information helps!

Great experience for my kids! Missing accessories

I loved it from the Hatch. The only issue is the Meat accessory & Clicker we’re not in package. Where can I buy the clicker & meat? I wish I would’ve known so I could’ve returned it. Maybe put the accessories inside of the egg

Bought the dinosaur for my son. The clicker and steak are missing. Im super disappointed.

I purchased Jurassic World Primal Hatch for my Grandson for Christmas. We celebrated today, the hatch was exciting to see but there was no steak or clicker in the box; therefore, the he is unable to use this production’s full potential….very disappointing considering the high price I paid for this item
