Didn't use yet. Don't know if you have to charge first or stay pugged in. Nothing in directions explains this.

I just completed a 10 week red light therapy treatment through a chiropractor office. I lost a total of 4”. Hoping to get continued results at home now. May have to buy a second one so my husband and I aren’t fighting over it.?

relieved my plantar fasciitis

I used the light therapy belt on my feet to alleviate plantar fasciitis and it worked quickly. After a 15 minute treatment on the feet plus a 15 minute treatment on my calves the next day was significantly better. It was impressive!

Just received my Therapy Belt. I primary wanted it for skin rejuvenation so I don’t have any results to report yet. But judging by other LifePro products I use, especially my vibration platform, I am confident it will help. My son is interested in trying it for muscle recovery. I will update on both uses after we’ve used it for a while.
