I've only been using it for a couple of weeks, so I can't say for sure that it's helping immensely but I do feel some relief. Will now more after using for an extended amount of time.

Red light therapy belt

All of the other reviews were great so I purchased the belt for myself but I haven’t been able to use it enough to truly rate it. I will have to come back and update my review.

Great Product, Slightly Misleading

The belt arrived quickly and I've had no issues for the 5 times I've used it. I do notice a slight improvement in my bloating so far. I like the warmth it provides. It provides relief on my tired legs as well.
The reason I took away one star:
1. The vibration seems pointless because it's only very slightly felt and it's loud.
2. The belt is advertised as portable, so I took that as not needing to be nearly an outlet; that's not the case. Very inconvenient to be stuck near an outlet for the duration of the treatment(s). There's a pocket in the belt for an external battery pack, which I can't find on the website. The external battery pack should be included with the purchase of the belt.

I use my belt every day for arthritis pain in my neck, shoulders and back, it's been a lifesaver!
