This belt has 2 types of light you can use separately or together RED, and NIR. From what I can tell the Red light goes a certain depth and the NIR light goes deeper into your body.
I have multiple pain issues and a friend lent me their Red light belt to try. Needless to say I was so impressed with theirs, that I purchased one for myself! It Usually doesn't just magically work with one use....however it can make things feel better with only one use. I use it every other day and have been able to tell a great reduction in my pain and inflammation.
I would recommend this product to try.

What a great product! My wife has used it now multiple times and loves it! Easy to use, easy to understand, and full of appropriate options. I would buy another one, I have two daughters, maybe one for each of them. My wife uses this, the face, the feet, and the hands. Wow! What amazing products and the results are clear and obvious!

This is my third red light unit from lifepro. I have the knee one that works really well on husbands arm that has arthritis. Got the face red light a few weeks ago and using it daily. Got this alleviated light therapy belt today and so ready to test it to help reduce the fat in my belly area.

I just did my sensitivity skin test and so excited to officially try the belt out tonight! So far so good, everything seems to work as it should and I did not show any sensitivity to the belt. So glad I stumbled across lifepro online!
