Have only used this for a week so far. The rush shipping didn’t show up before I left for vacation but have been using every day since I’ve returned. Also able to drape it over my shoulders and neck to help with cervical fusion pain.

I had borrowed this same belt from a friend for sciatica pain. It was amazing. After a few weeks without it I knew I needed to buy my own. I use it for so much more now. Love it.

I have a lot of shoulder, neck, and jaw pain.
This helps so much.
I just sit down for 20-30 minutes with it on red and near infrared,
And it helps to ease the pain for awhile :)
