Have a vibration plate and just bought the red light therapy belt. I'm sure I'll love it as much as I enjoy the vibration plate.

Although it wasn’t what I was expecting this one I use daily on my lower back for relieving pain. So far it works great. If I get a coupon will definitely buy the one with the massage option. Totally recommend it.
