The packaging was very professional and included helpful, informative details. I just wish there was more guidance on how to use the different Hz settings and what target areas they’re best for. So far, so good — it’s been very convenient and easy to use.

Only thing is that I did not notice you have to have it “plugged in”. Limits where you can be while wearing ☹️
