Works well every time

I my family purchased this for me for Christmas. I am a nurse and do a lot of bending at work so my lower back is usually sore. I wear it at night before bed and it works better than a heating pad. I love red light therapy. I have also used it for my son’s broken foot, my sore feet after work and my thyroid area. It’s compatible enough to be wrapped around any body part.

The red light therapy belts has helped with my back injury from a car accident and am excited to see what other changes it has on my body!! I will say this belt does not pulse which I was expecting because there is a button for it, as well as I saw some come with a hand remote which I did not receive in mine. But overall so far so good!!!
