Overall it's a great product, really feel the red light heat and like the varieties you can choose from.
There is one thing that should be improved, the velcro is terrible and doesn't hold together at all. This is a bit of an issue depending on where and when you're trying to use the belt. By definition, the belt is being used mostly around the waist for the lower back and the velcro doesn't hold it together at all.

All has gone well in the process of receiving it, I am about to use it now for the first time.
I’m going to put it on and get in my sauna wrap and also use my red light therapy mask. ?
