I’ve been using a red light therapy belt for a few weeks now and have noticed a real improvement in muscle soreness and lower back tension. It’s easy to wear while relaxing or working at a desk, and the warmth is soothing without getting too hot. The adjustable strap makes it comfortable, and the built-in timer is a nice touch.
While it’s not a miracle device, consistent use seems to help with recovery and inflammation. Great for anyone looking for non-invasive pain relief or recovery support.

I go for infared therapy treatments and wanted this for in between visits. It works good except our 850nm setting is not working :(
