So far so good. We just received the product and unboxed it. It all appears to be neatly packaged and in good condition. It looks to be a quality product. The instructions are clear, and I love that it has a little carrying case, as well as two optionS for receiving power (wall plug adapter and USB). We cannot wait to try it!

Have had the therapy wrap for some time….minimal use; maybe 52 hours per year. I’ve had for 18 months. Hoping the warranty is as good as purported.

I use the IR belt on my back, hip and shoulder. It provides soothing relief to aching areas and is flexible enough to use anywhere. My husband and I both enjoy it every evening.
