I haven’t been using this very long, so I don’t have a lot to say about it yet. I have used a different brand of light therapy tool in the past and found it to be helpful for recovery from FAI hip surgery. The quality of the materials and construction seems good to me. I wish it came in sizing because the belt is very long. I am not tiny, just smaller than the typical I’m guessing adult male body, for which this was designed. I have a 27” waist and the belt is awkwardly long when I’m using this for my low back (which is my prime area of concern.

I have had amazing results with the Allevared red light therapy. I was in severe neck pain still after 24 injections in my neck at a pain clinic. After using thr red light for 1/2 hour twice a day I am PAIN FREE!
