I use my red light belt every morning. On my low back and my stomach. It helps me start my day pain free!I have water and then coffee. A morning ritual that I have come to enjoy.
I have had nothing but excellent service from this company! When something goes wrong they make it right! Count on it. I have the vibration plate. The red light belt and the power gun massager. All wonderful products that enhance my life.
I use the waiver plate to shake everything out after my workout.
