I bought this snowthrower a year ago for smaller storms where it's not worth hauling out the bigger gas snowblower . Of course we had no decent snow last winter, so this snowthrower sat in the garage for a YEAR--I didn't even remove the battery. We just had about 5" of snow here, and much to my amazement the battery was almost full. It did a decent job of making a path to get to the garage from the driveway (however it can't really handle ice) and it throws a pretty good distance. I used it for at least 30 minutes and the battery is still not dead but needs charging. Can it handle a blizzard? Probably not. BUT I am happy so far ---this is a very conveniant piece of equipment to have!

I bought this for my elderly mom to help with the snow removable and she absolutely love it’s!

Belt slips off motor

Purchased this snow thrower last winter, so this is my 2nd season usingit. I mostly love it. However I have an issue with the belt slipping off the motor . When that happens, I have to remove the side plate and work with the belt to get back in place. I've used it a total of 20 times and this has happened twice. Tricky to do and very inconvenient.
I would recommend this to a friend!
