I was using this every night before bed but have now changed this to mornings when I am getting ready. I am only two weeks in and using it consistently with my vibration plate and sauna blanket and loving it

I’m very excited to have the freedom to walk around while I am using this on my back! I have another one also, but you have to plug it in and my grandson is loving it so now we have two… but I’m not going to let him know about this one!!!

I've been reading about red light therapy for fat loss and I also have chronic arthritis discomfort. I am so excited to put my Allevated light therapy belt to good use for both issues. I have 10 stubborn pounds I don't need through the midsection and am looking forward to seeing it gone!

I am extremely excited to get this wonderful product. I read the reviews and I read about what answers! I’m going to be using it on my back because of a slip plus my grandson will be using it on his back because he has a gym and needs help as well! Looking forward to all the wonderful results!

Too soon to tell

I received my 'light therapy belt' only an hour ago, therefore it is far to soon to provide feedback. But........
1) The plug is USA style and I am in the UK so I need to buy an adaptor.
2) I am having trouble locating a 'power pack' that is not going to damage my new belt ie connectors? wattage? voltage?etc
Here's a recommendation. Why doesn't Lifepro give a purchaser the option of buying a power pack when they purchase the belt and save all the messing around. Jim

Much improved, reduced pain

Being over 50 and sitting at a desk for a remote job has led to much lower back and neck discomfort, stiffness and pain at times. Using the Allevared Light Therapy Belt at the end of my days on my back has reduced a lot of discomfort. I have also been using it on my upper back and neck as I go to sleep, my neck is feeling much better the next morning!

I am looking forward to see how this helps my back and feet. I already own the Rumblex vibration plate and love that. Lifepro has excellent products!
