I used this to help with pain and inflammation after a hysterectomy. Pain and swelling were significantly reduced within a few uses. I plan to use this on my lower back next.

We have had our new light therapy belt for about a week, and we’ve used it for sore backs, achy knees, tension headaches, and my 8 year old son used it after pulling a muscle. It’s another family favorite along with our new vibe plate!

The Allevared belt is awesome! I use red light therapy in my skin care salon for anti aging, but this light is perfect for use on the body for inflammation. I strongly recommend this LED light, also when purchasing add to your order the battery pack. It makes it more convenient and you can be mobile when using it.
