Just starting to use my light therapy belt. It took a bot for me to realize that the Near infrared light cannot be seen by the naked eye! You can tell its working by the heat.

I use the allevared belt as needed for my back and knee pain. It works very quickly. I often only need 1-2 treatments as long as I start using it at the first sign on pain. One of best investments I have made.
