Missing control function

The remote control needs to have an indicator that the IR is ON or OFF Or the program is running. I use it on my lower back and I can’t see if the lights are on or not. The timer take 60 seconds to start the countdown. I end up not knowing it is on or not and twisting around to see the lights in the belt is difficult. The instructions say to press the on/off button multiple time's to start stop and turn off the IR lights are confusing. The button only appears to run on or off and holding the button down to power off the device does not work. The remote screen needs work. The controls need work. For as much as I paid for the device I expect a better control option. I will give is 2-3 weeks to see if it helps my issue. It’s a maybe if I will keep it . But it needs improvement.

Love my belt on bare skin, with clothes
I didn't see much difference, I take it everywhere I go. I use it about 3 times a week. Could you tell me how often I am supposed to be using it, didn't see that in the handbook, it was a present, but the extension belt was not in it

Only using <1 week! Instructions are thorough and all parts included, but my remote is different than that in the video. Video never mentions you can wear belt directly over skin.
