I had tweaked my back a few days ago in the morning and that evening it was kind of giving me some pain so I put my red light therapy belt on for 20 minutes with a 15 pulse. By the time I got through my back, no longer hurt and it has not hurt since.!!!

I recently purchased the Lifepro red light therapy belt and I really love how well it works! I’ve already noticed benefits and it’s very user-friendly. I do want to mention that I accidentally bought the corded version—I didn’t realize it had cords because the info was in small print and this model was on sale. That’s totally my mistake, but I was hoping to use it during my daily walks, so I was a little disappointed. I know there’s a cordless version available and I may upgrade in the future. Still a great product overall!
