Just got this today and have only used it for 5 minutes, so I am not able to review much. Easy to use, good packaging. Didn't know you have to use it plugged in unless you invest in a battery pack, sold separately. I'm new to light therapy but I liked how it felt on. Got mine 25% off so why not. Best wishes with yours!

We have an alleva pro belt(vibration) Love it!
