Works great

So far I’m seeing good results. It is helping me get rid of the old belly fat left over from having babies 22 years ago. I haven’t even been doing consistent workouts. Mostly sitting around with my allevared belt on. The fat is disappearing faster than I expected. But patience is important. It’s not an over night thing.

I've purchased the vibration plate and then the red light therapy belt within a couple of weeks of each other. I try to use both everyday with only missing it a day or two in the last 3 weeks since purchasing. One of these things if not maybe both really seem to be helping with my knee issue. I'm getting increased movement and less pain in my knee. I look forward to shaking things up and getting my blood circulation moving with the vibration plate and then resting with the therapy belt everyday.

I love how light it is and how it comes with a bag for put away. After a couple uses I can definitely feel the stress of my back and knees. It even helps tighten my skin on my tummy
