I have taken Pilates classes for over 10 years, and love the workout. However, the area I currently live at offers a variety of classes but at a very expensive price.
I suffer from a rare form of arthritis, and Pilates helps in stretching my spine and strengthening overall. This piece of equipment is sturdy, offers options of many types of Pilate moves, and the best part is the price and the fact it folds up when not in use.

I purchased replacement wheels for an older model reformer through the customer service line. They were very helpful and even gave verbal tips/instructions on how to assemble product. Wheels and washers arrived promptly and worked wonders on the reformer. I was impressed, I should have called sooner!

I've had my Stamina AeroPIlates reformer for at least 5-7 years and I continue to use it regularly. It is attractive and takes up minimal space against one wall in my office. Throughout the day I work on the computer and take breaks to do my Pilates exercises.
