While this is not a professional grade reformer, it is more than adequate to take care of a small families needs. I was very impressed by how fast Stamina addressed and replace a torn part after the shipment arrived. The replacement was here within four days.

Great mid-priced reformer for home during the quarantine. Has all of the functions I need. It is easy to find great workouts on the internet. If I continue to use this consistently, I will probably upgrade at some point, but I wouldn’t need to. I just prefer the way the cords glide at the studio to the rubbing feel of the cords on this reformer. Also, most videos have 5 springs instead of four.

I received this reformer a few weeks ago and I’ve used it many times since then. Overall I am quite happy. I feel like I can do all of the same things I would do in class and it feels very similar. There were a couple of minor problems with two pieces as I was assembling it, but customer service was responsive and sent me what I needed quickly. I deducted a star for a few reasons: The foot bar is very hard and narrow. It’s not a problem on my feet but it hurts my hands to plank or do other exercises. I actually went to the hardware store and got a piece of black foam pipe insulation and fit it around for whenever I use my hands. It was a cheap fix and works pretty well. The headrest also never stays up when it’s in its highest position. My ropes are also not the same as they are in the picture on the website. They do not adjust under the platform. There is a plastic piece on the rope that you use to adjust it. It works fine, but it’s aesthetically not very pleasing and it clanks around on the rail sometimes and even rubs my arms in the hundreds position. I also wish they would make one heavier spring to swap out. I can use all four springs now for some of the legwork and I am worried that I will soon need more. The springboard works just fine even though it is different than what I was used to. It is too narrow, though. You can only really jump with your feet together. Overall, though, I feel like I get a good work out on this and I am happy with my purchase. It cost about the same as a year at the studio, so I will save money over time. Please restock the box and pole soon! I wanted to buy it right away but it is not available anywhere.

Excellent addition to Reformer devotees who can not go to or afford classes, especially since COVID. Recommend the box and ring which I purchased on HSN. Allow time and patience for assembly.

I have enjoyed my AeroPilates reformer since putting it together about three weeks ago. There are some items that I wish it had like a foot strap for anchoring my feet while doing abs workouts and I wish it had the pegs behind the shoulder rests for holding the feet/hand straps. It is a good piece of equipment for the money.
