Nice size and compact design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was always interested in a smaller sewing machine for simple seam repairs and hems. This is a great size and very detailed machine. As a first time sewing machine owner it was a bit intimidating at first. The online manual is very thorough and helped me a lot.
I definitely recommend this to a seasoned seamstress but to a novice as myself patience learning this machine for the first time is highly suggested.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a basic sewing machine by singer that I have had for many years and this serger is made with the same great quality that I associate with their brand. This is my first time using a serger so it took me some time to get it threaded correctly and set up. However once I got it set up properly it is easy to use and I love the professional looking finished seams.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This serger is really great for a beginner. It has a very large, easy to identify presser foot lift, easy to put in and remove needles, knife, and stitch finger. It even comes with a few accessories to help you get started, like spool nets, a set of tweezers, additional needles, and pre threaded with 4 different colors so the new user can see how the threading works.
The threading diagram on the inside cover is actually really easy to follow, and correct! The other machines I have used were kind of a mess in this area and I've had to get a professional to help get them rethreaded properly. (Which is expensive, and annoying!) The rule on those machines is to never let them run out of thread so that they don't have to be rethreaded. (You tie new thread on to the ends of the old thread and run it through the machine to avoid rethreading.) rethreading this machine is not only easy, but it is fast! I have been able to teach others on this machine because of how simple it is! I never worry on this machine if the thread is getting low.
The adjustments to do different styles of finish are also very easy. I usually have the mess around with thread tension a bit to get it right but it works out well.

It has made sewing so much more delightful, having 4 different rolls of thread ready to go making projects less of a hassle. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who has lots of tasks at hand!

Great Sewing Machine!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m in love with my singer serger. It came with an easy to read and understand quick start guide and a instructions booklet. I was worried at first about threading the machine but it wasn’t difficult at all. I also found helpful videos online if I needed another reference. I love that I can use several different threadings when sewing and multiple stitches. I’ve learned that the machine works extremely well on stretch material with out popping. I also love that it’s so easy to sew my children’s clothes. If I buy my kids clothes to big I can always take them up. This sewing machine came with all the accessories I needed. It’s a very sturdy and high quality machine. I highly recommend this to everyone.

Easy to operate!

It came well packaged, instructions was easy to understand and read, and is the perfect size. The Singer sewing machine isn't heavy , and very easy to use , even for beginners. It's really the perfect size and can get even the biggest jobs done. It's saved me so much on replacing clothes , that need to be altered. The best sewing machine I've used so far and very happy with it .
