The rivet on the lower part of case was broken. The rivet was in box. We chose not to send back. But the product was damaged

Recently I purchased a M3400 sewing machine and it works fine. My old singer was in a cabinet but I have not had the time to install the new machine in the it. In the meantime I purchased a hard storage case to keep my sewing machine dust free. The machine and cord fit in the case just fine. It is a hard case and will keep the machine from getting damaged. I live in North Carolina. I priced other cases and for the quality the value is a steal. It is the most reasonably priced that I found. I really like it.
