I received my ink in a timely manner, FedX did well this time hand delivered. I have bugs only HP ink since the middle 1980's and never had a problem with it are their printers only (2) in all that time. I am a home user, but do print a lot. Black/color photos. Also great support even after years, only needed it 3 times in all these years.
