This Tri-Color cartridge is very good. It truly does the job right and does it without any issues. My one question is why can't I have the ink refilled by another company or HP at a lower cost using spent cartridges? I tried to use a refill and I activated a message indicating that I did not have a genuine cartridge when in fact it was genuine but refilled by a third party. It encourages one to use a different printer.
