Some photos have been printed on plain paper and displayed without any protection...Years, now, and still look as good as the day they were printed. Thank you.

I tried to refill an HP color cartridge and it didn't work even though I had taken it right out of my printer to the refill center as instructed. Thankfully I got a refund when it didn't work and ordered the new cartridge. It arrived in 2 days and worked perfectly. If I had just ordered when the printer advised me to I would have had the replacement cartridge when the ink went out. Lesson learned.
