I purchased 4 of these as teacher gifts & they all loved them! It seemed like the perfect thing to give them as it's tough getting to a microwave at lunchtime when all the faculty is in there at the same time. If any of them has trouble with them in the future, I'll update my review. I'll throw in the fact that if you're ordering these, be sure to order in advance, because while they arrived in a timely manner, they still arrived later than I'd anticipated and almost didn't arrive in time for my son to give them as gifts.

I'm so happy to have received one for a birthday gift! I'd been wanting one for quite some time, there's nothing like a "Warm" lunch, especially on cold days. I liked mine so much, I gave one as a gift .

I bought this because I saw there was a Christmas special and loved the idea of not needing the community microwave at work. So far I really love it but I have found that certain features makes me think if I would repurchase this item.
Cons:
The rubber lid when warming pops up and makes me think twice in transporting soups. Just make sure to take a box so it does not move in your car and stays upright.

The plastic Lid when it warms seems to pop up a bit does not sit flush.
Cleaning was simple but the rubber lid even after washing with bleach had the smell of day before lunch. It probably will sit in bleach for a few minutes that may help.
Really that’s all the bad things about this. I plug it in at 8 am and at 11 my food is warm. So far I have warmed rice and a thick medium rare steak and chicken.
Also many people complain about the size but this container fits one single plate serving. So I packed chicken rice and broccoli, and it fit in one plate and looked like a lot. I just hope they can get this lid under control.

The one thing I don't like is the gray lid. It is hard to put on and remove. I left it on while it was warming up and when I went to take it off the lid popped off and splashed hot soup on my desk. So now I make sure the gray lid just sits onto while I have it warming. Its would also be nice if it had a time chart to kind of give you a better idea how long things take to get hot.

Ordered this a month ago and have used it at least twice a week at work. Absolutely love it, take my lunch to work in the bowl, put the bowl in the crockpot and it is warm by lunch time.

I bought this after a colleague came to work with one. I love it! It heats up quickly and the contents are hot and ready when you are. The only problem is the spill proof lids warps easily and seems to shrink as the bowl heats up.
