Fantastic product!!! Warms your food up but not so hot you can't eat it!! My wife got me this for a gift, and I absolutely love it!!!

Great product but wish I could get extra inserts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used it every workday since i received it. It is easy to use and get my soups to the perfect temperature. I meal prep all of my lunches and don't like to use the microwaves at work. I have another warmer for that I use for my main but I like to have soup with my lunch and this allows me to heat the soup and main meal at the same time.
I only wish you could purchase extra inserts for those of us who meal prep. If I could have 5 inserts I could prep my weeks lunches and just grab and go when heading out in the morning. And just through them in the dishwasher when I get home. I currently have to wash and refill it each night to be ready for the next day. I know.... not that big of a deal but I think it was a big miss that they don't allow you to purchase extra inserts. If they had these I would say this product would be perfect. Please make them available.

As a soup enthusiast and a daily office-goer, I was thrilled to try this out. However, during my initial experience, while tightening the lid on the internal storage container, my finger, positioned on the metal underside, inadvertently got butterfly-sliced open. Fortunately, the injury wasn't severe enough to require stitches, but it served as a close call. While this gadget is fantastic, I'd like to caution others to handle it with care based on my experience.

Love this! I work in the construction field and it’s so nice to have hot, warm meals. I want to order more inserts for the 20oz though! And I can’t figure out where to get more! Please help me with that!

Great but problem with lid

I love this little crockpot so much! I hate using a microwave to reheat my lunch everyday, so this has been great. The one problem is the lid no longer fits tight. It basically just sits on top now and no longer twists to seal. I’m so bummed.
