[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my husband to use while at work. I bought a car adapter so he could plug it in the car and an extra insert. This way he has a hot meal while on the road for work. And if he's doing a 16 hour shift he brings the extra insert with a meal in it as well for later. Easy to clean and convenient to carry. Everyone at work is envious of his hot meals on the go!!!
Pros: small and convenient to carry.
Cons: no cons!

The food is the ideal temperature when it is time to eat. This gadget helps me avoid the disgusting community microwave oven at my office. I love my lunch crock pot.

Got this for a gift for my niece and decided to get myself one and man am I glad I did! This is wonderful. I leave the base at work and just take the liner home to wash and refill. It does not take long for the food to heat and does not over heat. If you are thinking of getting one...get it!

I have had my little crockpot for a couple of weeks now and have used it almost every day. Love it!! I plug it in when I get to work by 8:00 and by lunch at noon everything is piping hot. Better than having to stand in line for the microwave and my food is evenly heated but not burned as can happen in a microwave.
My friends have made fun of me and my crock-pot obsession but when they see me bring this in they all want to jump onboard the crock-pot band wagon!
Pros: evenly heats the food, no burned spots as you get with a microwave

I purchased ten of the lunch crocks for gifts and I kept three for my immediate family. Two out of the three I kept have quit working. This one worked twice and on the third time it would not heat up.
