Distances are reading about 20% short. I tested against a trackman system and was disappointed with accuracy. I am hoping a software update helps.

Unbelievable

Closest thing to a simulator you’ll ever get. The range mode is awesome and if you’re feeling fun get the membership and play whatever course you want to play. The accuracy is out of this world. I am very satisfied but also shocked at how great this product is. I was very skeptical.

Distance always short.

I bought this a month ago and the distance is always short. I’ve watched videos and bought a alignment stand and laser to try and correct and still having issues. Tried moving back device and net and calibrated multiple times with no success. The positives is you can play courses before going out and get an idea with the hometown hero. Always have to club up 1 to 2 clubs though. Overall it’s fun but wish the accuracy was better.

R10 is ok

Garmin launch monitor in Garmin app is unacceptably incorrect. Doesn't measure actual distance outside or inside even with RCT balls. Way short. wanted to return R10, but the awesome golf app works for most clubs inside and outside except for driver. Otherwise the R10 is a useless expensive toy.

Great for me the beginner

I just started playing and wanted to be able to practice into my net on my back patio. Works great for me to learn and adjust my swing to hit the ball better

Just started using the R 10 and so far, I’m enjoying it. Ising it with the E6 app for iPad and have only been on the driving range. Also tried Home Town Hero and played a few courses that are near me. Great fun
