Does not work inside

I bought this to use in my basement in the off-season. It works fine at the range but I cannot get it to work at all in my basement despite consulting with Garmin customer service. The readings it gives are ridiculously off. Attached is a screenshot of the data it gave for a well struck sand wedge shot. I know my swing speed was not 159 mph! And if it was, I'm sure it would have gone farther than 38 yards carry. 5 stars for range but 0 stars for indoors.

Thank you for your review and experience with the Approach R10. We would like to discuss this further over email. If you would please email us at product.support@garmin.com. Thanks Jenny
I have been playing golf for less than a year and the Garmin has helped me tremendously to better my contact and my overall confidence in playing the game. It would have very difficult for me to be able to purchase a more pricey launch monitor so the R10's price is also of great value.

I use this for practice and gives a ton of analytics for improving game while knowing what you're working on. Doesn't pick up higher swing speeds all the time but is very accurate.
Great product if you don't have access to a trackman quite often. I have trackman I can use at work but when I'm at my house it's great for working on my game.
Initial problems but just seemed to be due to the app. Now works fine. Useful having all that data. Cannot check the accuracy but the numbers seem reasonable.

I've used this in my garage and outdoors. Can't beat the accuracy and price combo for outdoors, indoor is a bit more challenging. This would be a 5 star product if it came with a leveling system.
I play every few weeks in the summer only and this device is great to keep me swinging in the winter months and keeping my attention. Use GSPro mostly, loads of fun and helpful statistics to improve my game a bit (15 handicap).
