Great watch, super slow LTE

I'm honestly surprised by how great this watch is. Creating "chores" and associating "points" to each chore, then creating "rewards" (ex. dance party for 50 points) that require x amount of points to redeem is a fantastic idea! It's even got its own "tamagotchi-style" pet on the watch, which evolves when certain step counts are met, or x amount of minutes of activity is accomplished.
The only downside is the LTE part. Sometimes, it can't get a location on the watch even though it's right there. And some messages take forever to receive or send. Also, if you're french-canadian, you can put the watch in french mode, BUT the keyboard is AZERTY (the one used in France).
Another downside - The Price!! The only reason they can get away with this ridiculous price is because there's really no competition for all it offers. It's more expensive than the basic Apple watch lol.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought for Tracking purposes

so far so good, it's been about a week, and most features work as advertised.
find the GPS and LTE tracking very handy, and like the boundary function that tells me when my child has left or entered school or home.
didn't need the 2 way text or phone calls, but this has quickly become an important function, and my child who likes to elope has stayed put more often because she can call or text for reassurances. Even just sending a smiley face goes a long way in the middle of a school day. She also knows shes being watched/tracked, and takes comfort in that.
Had one scare, when the watch reported her position incorrectly (in an appartment building a few kms away) That only happened once, but had me running around private property looking for her just in case. Was a false alarm.
battery life is good, about 2 days
water proof tested in pool, and its fine.
best part is the subscription plan of about $12-15 per month covers all the phone features, so now need to get a separate phone plan or SIM. Also works well in Canada.
I would recommend this to a friend!
