Great Sound Quality But Shortage In Wire

I Bought This Almost A Month Ago But It Must Be A Shortage In The Wire Or Something. When I play on the game, I can hear my teammates but if i talk they cant hear me. I have to unplug it out of my controller just to talk. I tried to contact someone but i didnt wanna refund because I actually like the sound quality. I wanted to see if i could get another pair but they didnt have that option because i would have sent these back for another pair.

Ok but could improve

The headphones work at intended and the mic is ok. It's a nice feature to have a mute for the mic on the device as well as a volume adjustment. My only complaint is that ANY movement of your head results in the right side to creak and make obnoxious amounts of noise, regardless of how tight or loose you've adjusted it to, so that gets irritating. Do not chew gum either, that's worse.
