[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They work really great, they provide good sound and the mic piece on the end isolates voice just fine without feedback. Extremely comfortable and lightweight.Once I forgot i was wearing them. Solid buy for the price point.

No Frills? No Brainer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Quantum 100 M2 is a great headset for gaming or even work meetings. To thoroughly test this set, I used it for both!
DESIGN:
I like the design. It’s very straight forward/simple to use the functionality. A nice big mute button and a mechanical dial make up all the physical options on this headset, and I really like that. I’m not a fan of overcomplicated controls on headphones and headsets. Just the basics. The feel is very light, and that makes them comfortable to wear for long periods, but also makes them feel a little cheaper. The detachable mic is a great touch too, in case I just want to listen to music or anything where I don’t need it!

HEADPHONE QUALITY:
Awesome JBL standard audio quality. Deep bass and crystal clear high end. I’m always a fan of JBL’s sound quality with their devices. They get plenty loud, and while not noise cancelling, I did not have any issues with outside environmental noise (despite having two large dogs that bark a lot!)

MICROPHONE QUALITY:
The mic quality is excellent. None of the many people I used this headset with had any issue hearing me. That’s for video games as well as on video calls for work. Unlike other headsets I’ve used, the mic placement really doesn’t matter. I didn’t need to have the mic directly in line with my mouth to be heard clearly.

OVERALL:
If you want a no-frills headset that “just works”, and sounds great, and your budget is tight, these are a no-brainer! Comfortable, they sound great, and the learning curve is non- existent.

Fantastic for the value!

Excellent and simple gaming headset!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are an excellent gaming headset at a great price. I play lots of video games casually, and these are perfect for me.
The sound is crisp and clear. The controls are simple. A volume wheel and a mute button. It's all you need and placed perfectly.
They are comfortable and can adjust for any head size. The ear pads are soft and the pressure isn’t excessive. The flexible mic is east to install and move to the perfect spot.
These are a perfect gaming headset for someone needing a simple headset with a headphone jack.

Great everyday headset

While they don’t have all the bells and whistles of a higher end (wireless) pair of headphones, I’m happy to offset that by how incredibly lightweight and comfortable these are. I can easily wear them all day. The detachable microphone is a nice touch, but honestly I can’t see myself removing it because it seems like something that I’ll easily lose. My only wish for these headphones was a mute button on the cord. There’s a mic mute button on the headset, but with a quick feel it’s hard to tell if it’s pressed down or not. When I’m in a panic, double guessing if I remembered to mute my mic, I would prefer to quickly see an on/off button or some light. But that’s my only small gripe. Overall it’s a great, everyday headset. With the standard amazing sound and vice quality you would expect from JBL.
