I just started so can't really see any difference yet. I am stating slowly and will incorporate more throughout the following weeks. Everything was packaged tightly and securely. Instructions were clear. Setup was a breeze!

Just received this as a gift and though I chuckled the first time using it because I felt like I was on a carnival ride but all together I feel like this may be a good item to improve health and fitness.
