Easy to start a good routine. Feels great. As a senior, I can’t wait to feel the benefits. Plenty of videos for instruction as well as the user guide. Plug in and use!!!

Day 4 and feeling a difference

I have less discomfort in my legs, due to poor circulation, in just a few uses. It is both somehow relaxing and energizing to use and simple to integrate into my morning and evening routine.
