I am still exploring and discovering settings, but it’s been really pleasant for me so far. I wish the plate was just a little bit bigger vertically, but overall I think it was a great buy. The remote also took a second to get the hang of, but is now working!

I haven’t had my vibration plate too long but so far I have noticed it has helped with facial swelling and has dissipated soreness after intense workouts

First time using a vibration pad and I love it. Not sure how are brands compare but the lifepro is sturdy and easy to use. The suggested exercises are helpful too.

I haven't had this very long and was only able to use it a few times before has to go out of town for a funeral, but I ate fast food while on the road and was noticeably swollen and puffy when I woke up the day after I got home. I get swollen from chemo treatments and kidney damage. I used the machine right away in the morning and noticed a difference in legs, ankles, and feet, as soon as I got off the machine. I am excited to see what this machine can do for me!
