I am on day 2, so I am still very new. I am loving how I feel after each use. The remote doesn’t work, but I am guessing the battery is dead. I will replace it tomorrow and see if it works the .

Lifepro is good for now.

I have only had my lifepro for two days, and I have used it for 3 times for 10 minutes. Still early days but afterwards I feel more awake and alert, and less sluggish. I am going back into the gym after tearing a muscle so I am using the lifepro as part of my recovery.

I was very excited to get my vibration plate. Its easy to use and your get a good workout for just beginning. Working my way up the speeds and exercises. Happy with it so far.

I purchased this plate as I have swelling in my lower extremities. Today is the first day I’veI used it. So I’m not sure if it’s going to help with the swelling, but it sure makes my legs feel better and more energized so I have no doubt I am headed in the right direction.
