I've only used the hexaplate once so far. I think I am going to like it but I did not like the fact that the instructions say put AAA batteries into the remote. The remote that I received had a flat round battery that did not work. I bought the battery and now it's working.

could not plug in anywhere in the house without blowing a fuse or two returned about a week after receiving which at this point is almost a year ago

I just received this vibration plate today and used it twice. I suffer from back pain due to arthritis and this has helped me tremendously already. It is a game changer and if you suffer from arthritis I highly recommend this machine !
