Used once and I think I will love it. Very well made except for the remote device. But it works. Currently going to check with my Dr as I had low back surgery years ago. Just want to make sure this won’t cause an issue. I currently have no back pain. I am hoping this helps with core strength and bone health.

Frustrated with the cord

I will be using the machine, and the cord falls out, as if it is shorting out - It clicks on and then off, and I have to stop - readjust the cord into the machine, and it is frustrating to say the least. Have tried to call to ask for a new cord, but no return call -

I use this as I have lymphedema and its supposed to help with the movement. Theh only thing I dont' like is the cord is SO short. Impossible to find a spot where its comfortable. That needs to be fixed.

Short cord

The plug in cord is extremely short. Makes it for a limited number of places in my house that I could use it with nothing around me.
