I'm enjoying my vibration plate. My exercise level is limited due to cancer and a hip surgery. This allows me to workout but not overdo it.

Just Shake It Off!

I bought the Hexplate mini and it changed my shape really quick but it had a problem after 2 months. I contacted the company and they replaced/upgraded it with the next model. Just received it today and look forward to shaking off more of this 67 yr old body!

I bought this item because I have a medical condition that makes me retain fluid like a pregnant camel. Within 5 minutes of my first treatment, I felt an overwhelming need to urinate. I'm amazed! I look forward to getting back to my non-beached-whale body soon!
