My doctor said that this would help with lymph drainage and circulation. It was a little hard to stand on first at my age but I turned the vibration speed up to about and ten and I'm looking forward when I get my balance to use the exercise bands

He told me it would be helpful at my age for lymph drainage and circulation.
So far I'm getting used to standing on it while it's vibrating and I found that you can up the speed into the hundreds for vibration which is a smaller easier to stand on vibration. I've had it for about 3 days and I am on it for about 3 minutes at a time, and I believe it's helping. I'm hoping to use the Bands attached to exercise when my balance is better.

Just opened the box today and gave it a go for 10 minutes. Set up was very easy. Remove plastic wrapping, clip on the rope handles, pull a small plastic piece off of the remote control and it was ready to step on and go! So far, the 10 minute ride was fun, and I am looking forward to improved circulation and better muscle tone after a lot more time and practice.
