I am up to five on the vibration number for 15 minutes. I move around and do squats. Still experimenting with different position while on the machine.

My Waver Vibration Plate was purchased to replace a similar piece of equipment that broke, so I am familiar with my purchase. With limited use so far I am impressed with the additional width of this machine and very impressed with the wide range of motion available.
