Stimulating yet relaxing too!

A well made, solid vibration plate! And not too heavy or expensive. I like the variety of programs available and that manual overrides can be done. I do have two issues. One is the oh so short power cord. It’s just too short for any practical use. The other is the remote requires such a special battery, why not include it or change the requirement? Those two things made it a 4 star rating rather than a 5!

Recently, at physical therapy after a surgery, they had me use one. It was amazing. Felt like it was waking up areas in my body asleep from too much sitting at work. A friend had one just like this that she let me try at home. After one day I decided to order one. If all the benefits it lists truly happen to me, wow! What a blessing that will be.

This makes feel better

Haven't been using it long. I'm a pretty healthy 70 year old. I'm at the computer for long periods of time. I've been just standing on it with slight squats at speed 6 for about 10 minutes a day. I can feel the circulation in my body improve. My limbs are warmed up and loose. The chi is flowing. I will exercise with it eventually in a more intense way but immediately feel good afterward. Glad I got it. Think it's going to keep me young during the aging process.

Boy, this plate has some power. It goes to 120. I checked out the programs. I wish they had one that has warm up, workout, then cool down. So that I don't have to mess with it. Otherwise, it's great!
